Located in the north gate of Tiantan Hospital, Beijing Puhua International Hospital (BPIH), formerly a joint venture ward in Tiantan Hospital, is a specialized hospital in neurology, neurosurgery and rehabilitation. Neurology is one of the most renowned departments at BPIH.

Dr. Zhou is the Director of the Neurology Department of Beijing Puhua International Hospital. Dr. Zhou has been to USA several times to give lectures in neurology. As a visiting scholar of University of Michigan and Harvard University, she participated in many research projects on neurology and neuropsychology. She has been a main editor of several national medical publications, such as Neurology and Neuroscience. Dr. Zhou has conducted in-depth studies on the treatment of intractable neurological diseases, particularly degenerative diseases. Dr. Zhou has participated in many clinical research projects on aphasia, dementia and neurosis and has published several groundbreaking papers. Dr. Zhou is renowned as an aphasia specialist in China.

Dr. Ling Yang 

Dr. Yang, former Director of the Neurology Department of Beijing Tiantan Neurological Hospital, is now a senior neurologist of Puhua International Hospitals-Temple of Heaven. A graduate of the Third Military Medical University, she went on to work at the Neurological Department there for more than thirty years as the Clinical Chief, head of the Specialists Consulting Center and the Head of the Emergency Center.

After many years of research, Dr. Yang has successfully applied stem cell technology to various clinical diagnoses. Dr. Yang is a Chief Physician, and she has worked in neurological department for 46 years since 1965. Such as: Headache, Epilepsy; and treating most kinds of common or difficult miscellaneous diseases of neurological system.   Dr. Yang has cultivated a large number of neurological physician and post graduates.
